Australia, such a beautiful and harmonious country. We are very lucky to be part of this isolated island, since 2014. However, since the move we have discovered that the only One item missing in our lives has been a Traditional Polish Bread.

Over the years, we have tried many products of our expertise. Unfortunately beside flour, water, sourdough or yeast the rest of the ingredients of local breads were just a ‘perieodic table’. This has been a major deciding factor to establish a Home Bakery.

We are driven to provide healthy and natural products with no exposure to modern chemical moderation. We believe that eating healthy and organic provides us with a greater longevity. Customers satisfaction is the biggest value for us. Eat your food like a medicine, otherwise you have to eat medicine like your food.
